STUFFED PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS:

2 large Green Peppers
1/2 pound Robinson's Sausage
1 small Onion (chopped)
10 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1-1/2 cups Rice (cooked)
1/2 cup Robinson's Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Parsley for Garnish

Slice tops off green peppers and remove seeds.  Boil peppers for 5 minutes and drain.  Season cavity of each pepper with salt.  Set aside.  In a skillet, brown sausage and add onions and cook until done.  Pour off drippings.  Add tomato sauce, rice, cheese, and Worchestershire sauce.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Simmer 5 minutes.  Stuff peppers with sausage mixture.  Place in a casserole dish, packing any extra stuffing around peppers.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Garnish with parsley.
