MUSHROOM BACON & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

4 slices Robinson's Bacon
1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1 med. Onion (chopped)
2-16 oz. cans Green Beans (drained)
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.  Remove bacon reserving 2 tbsp. drippings in skillet.  Crumble bacon, and set aside.  Add mushrooms and onions to drippings in skillet. Saute until onions are tender.  Add beans and pepper.  Cook until thoroughly heated.  Spoon into a serving dish.  Sprinkle with bacon.
