CREAMY HAM AND GARDEN ROTINI

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. Uncooked Rotini Pasta
1 bag Frozen Vegetables
4 oz. Robinson's BRT Ham (chopped)
1-1/2 cups Milk
2 tbsp. All purpose Flour
1-1/4 cups Robinson's Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
Black Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 11 x 9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.  Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain.  Place in bottom of prepared pan.  Set aside.  Add 1/2 cup water to large nonstick skillet.  Bring to a boil over high heat.  Add vegetables.  Return to a boil .  Reduce heat to low.  Simmer covered for 4 minutes.  Drain.  toss vegetables and ham with pasta.  Set aside.  Combine milk and flour in small bowl.  Whisk until smooth.  Pour milk mixture into same skillet;  Cook over medium high heat stirring constantly until slightly thickened.  Remove from heat.  Pour over pasta mixture.  Top with cheese.  Sprinkle with pepper.  Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
