PEA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag Frozen Peas
1 pound Robinson's Bacon (cooked, drained and crumbled)
1/2 cup Onions (diced)
1/2 cup Celery (thinly sliced)
4 Eggs (hard boiled and chopped)
1 cup Robinson's Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1/2 Head of Lettuce (torn into 1" pieces)

Mix first 8 ingredients.  Cover tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.  Before serving, stir in torn lettuce.
