| CORNBREAD
SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Robinson's
Sausage
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 small Green Pepper
1 med. Onion (chopped)
2 med. Tomatoes
1 tbsp. Pickle Juice
1 cup Mayonnaise
Pickle Relish to Taste
Fry sausage.
Crumble and drain well on paper towel. Bake cornbread
mix according to box. Let cool. Mix remaining
ingredients with sausage and all but 1/2 cup cornbread in a
large bowl. Place mixture in an airtight container and
crumble remaining cornbread as topping. Refrigerate
overnight.
